Elmer Fire Department responds to an estimated 75 to 100 emergencies each year. The Department is responsible for fire suppression, fire prevention, and fire investigation. The Department maintains four pieces of fire apparatus. This includes two pumpers, one support utility vehicle, and one foam pumper.
